Locum Required W/B 12th and/or 19th October

We are looking for a locum to cover week beginning 12th October any day and 19th October, particularly Monday all day and Wednesday pm but any availability can be discussed.
The locum sessions are made up of 12 ten-minute appointments from 8.30am to 12.30 and 2pm – 6pm.  We give our patients a choice of face-to-face or telephone consultations with some fixed telephone slots during the sessions to allow catch up time.
Note: No homevisits, no docman workflow, no message book and no prescription board.
The software used for your clinical sessions: Vision appointments, Vision Consultation Manager and Docman.
The rate of pay as advertised is £275 per session, £550 for all day.  We need confirmation of entry on the Lothian Performers List (Supplementary List), your GMC number, copy of your Defence Union membership and Hep B status.
Free staff car park, secure bike rack and staff shower available.
