Practice list size 5200. EMIS and Docman. ~paperlight. Supported with ANP, Physio, Mental Health Nurse, treatment room.

Require a Locum to cover a morning session 8am – 1pm – fee £300 per session

10 telephone triage appointments, you arrange to bring in your own face to face appointments during your session.

2 possible home visits to be done. No blood or Docman reviews needed.
