PM 2 pre-book calls and then 9 OTD FTF or TC – 15 mins coffee 2 GP only slots 1 urgent TC

10 Acute/Special Requests and we would ask that you sign some prescriptions

no DOCMAN. Occasional home visits. 300.00 per session
